If you haven't had a chance to look at Resource Controller, Sean Schofield just put together a nice blog post on it. I've played with it a little bit on a recent project and really liked it. There are some pretty cool permissions things you can do in conjunction with Role Requirement too.There's also an intro screencast that he points us to as well.
